Rules and Regulations (Resort)
Men are prohibited from entering alone. Families or Couples Only

Opening hours from 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM
يفتح المنتجع من الساعة 9 صباحا" حتى السادسة مساء"
No food and beverages are allowed from outside the resort
يمنع ادخال المأكولات والمشروبات من خارج المنتجع
Kids under 18 years and Women with Burkini should swim on family pool only
على الاولاد دون الخمسة عشر سنة والنساء المحجبات السباحة في المسبح الخاص بالعائلات
Kids under age of 12 must be accompanied with their parents at all times
على الاولاد دون السن ال 12 ان يكونوا برفقة اولياء امورهم في جميع الاوقات
Kids must be wearing safety vests or floaters at all times, it is the responsibility of the parents if they let their kids swim without floaters
يجب على الاولاد ارتداء سترات النجاة او استخدام ادوات العوم في جميع الاوقات. ان الاهل هم المسؤلون عن منع اولادهم من السباحة دون ادوات السلامه اللازمة
Swimming wearing normal clothes is strictly prohibited
يمنع منعا" باتا" السباحة بلباس غير اللباس المخصص للسباحة
Plastic toys are prohibited in both pools
يمنع استخدام الالعاب البلاستيكية داخل احواض السباحة
Please take a shower before entering the pools
يرجى الاستحمام قبل استخدام احواض السباحة
Please use your towel on the sunbed

No lifeguard available after 06:00 PM, Swim at your own responsibility

Laguava Management is not responsible for any accident if guests did not abide by the proper safety measure themselves

Terms And Conditions (Bungalows)
Please note that check-out time is 12:00 noon.
نلفت نظركم بان وقت المغادرة هو عندالساعة 12 ظهرا
A late departure fee 50% of room rate will apply to a late check out between 12:00 and 13:00.
سيتم تطبيق رسم المغادرة المتاخرة بنسبة 50 بالمئة من سعر الغرفة في حال تسجيل المغادرة المتأخرة بين ساعة 12 ظهرا والواحدة من بعد الظهر
Pets are not allowed in bungalows.
ممنوع ادخال الحيونات الاليفة الى المنتجع
Outside food deliveries are not allowed.
طلبات توصيل الطعام الخارجية غير مسموحة
The guest will be held liable for any damages in the bungalow caused by him or any of his visitors and will be charged the price of the damaged item automatically.
ان الضيف يعتبر مسوولا عن اي اضرار في الكوخ اذا سببت من قبله او من قبل اي من زواره وسيتم تحصيل سعر الغرض التالف تلقائيا مع حساب الغرفة
Visitors to be reported to Reception Desk and to be registered

A maximum of 2 outside visitors is allowed, additional guests will be charged a day entrance
يحق لضيوفنا استقبال زائرين اثنين من الخارج لاستعمال المنتجع دون كلفة اضافية. اي زائر اضافي سيكون عليه دفع رسوم الدخول
Weapons are not allowed in the resort

Special events should be reported 24 hours prior to occurance for approval (Service charges may apply).
يجب ابلاغ عن المناسبات الخاصة قبل 24ساعة ليتم الموافقة عليها، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم الخدمة
Laguava Resort is not liable for valuables left in the bungalow or in the safety box.
ان ادارة منتجع لاجوفا غير مسوولة عن المقتنيات التي تترك في الكوخ او في الخزنة الموجودة ضمنه
Laguava Resorts declines responsibility for any theft, damage, or robbery caused to the guest in the event of he/she accepts to receive a person in the room.
ان ادارة منتجع لاجوفا غير مسوولة عن اي سرقة او ضرر او سطو يتعرض له الضيف في حالة قبوله/قبولها لاستقبال شخص في الغرفة
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 9:00.
